The answer is YES! Our programming is made for any level of fitness. Our highly trained and enthusiastic coaches will lead you through exercises that you CAN do.

Absolutely. Our trainers eat, sleep, and breathe coaching. We are ready for any challenge you throw at us and we will lead you safely to your goals.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO WE USE DURING A WOD CLASS?
Our workouts have a variety of equipment, including assault bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, and floor equipment; including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls and more.
WHAT ARE HEART RATE ZONES AND WHY DO THEY MATTER TO YOU?
Heart rate zones are used to help you determine how hard you are working in a class. Basing off your maximum heart rate (220 minus your age) you will be rewarded your WOD PTs for going in your higher level heart zones.
I AM PREGNANT. CAN I STILL DO THE WORKOUT?
Always check with your doctor first before starting/continuing a class while pregnant.

IF I DON’T USE ALL MY CLASSES THIS MONTH DO THEY ROLLOVER TO THE NEXT?
Classes do not roll over to the next month, so be sure to get in your classes. Any unused classes will expire at the end of your membership period.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
For safety, please bring closed toed shoes, athletics apparel and water.
