- 10 Kettlebell Swings, 2 pood
- 10 Box Jumps, 24 in
- 10 Ring Dips
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
- 2 Muscle Ups
- 4 Handstand Push Ups
- 8 Kettlebell Swings, 2/1.5 pood
- Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
- Rest as needed between sets.
