We found our passion and love what we do. In fact, we've been doing this since Y2K back when "Every Morning" by Sugar Ray was always playing. Even though there are consecutive days where we put in 16 hours at the box and raising kids, we are thankful and blessed. Our community is TOIGHT as ever!... LIKE A TOIGER!

Ever since 9/11/2001, just after flying home from the Philippines, my world was turned upside down. Our way of life was threatened and even more we cherish every waking moment with family and friends. The freedoms I enjoy such as taking trips shall never be taken for granted as security has tightened up to an almost choking level. I found solace in training and helping people get fit and healthy.
It occurred to me that the many whom I train and work out with has an impact in our great way of life in America. From the police officers, teachers, firemen to the mothers and fathers and Silicon Valley programmers, everyone whom I am in contact with have the ability and opportunity to make this world a better place. I thank CrossFitter like officer Rafael Maciel for his service and support. I am proud to help him stay fit and strong to help protect our roads. We also take pride in training and building up to those who work for major multinational semiconductor, health and hair care as they have a major role in making our world a better place and help me not to take for granted the conveniences we have. After all, staying fit and looking good do wonders for our well being.
These are just a couple examples why I think we all have an impact- STAY STRONG MY FRIENDS!

For 5 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
- 2 Clean & Jerks, 155/115 lbs
- 8 Deadlifts, 155/115 lbs
- 20 Air Squats
Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
