With regionals in the books, we look forward to another year of evolution and revolution! July is just around the corner as we start fresh and clean up shop. Thank you all who are taking this journey with us. We are here this far because of the amazing individuals that make up our community. With big changes comes excitement and empowerment. We learned so much along the way and SV is ripe to rock on. ONWARD AND UPWARD- STAY AND WITNESS!
This is not a new beginning- we graduated from that and cherish our beginning and "new beginning" years ago. As we are thankful for the moments of every breath, we press on to the next phase. This is phase three! We have collected so much experience to move forward with experience points that bring us levels beyond "new beginnings".
For those who are just beginning CrossFit training or starting a new business- we wish them the best of luck as they are in for the ultimate ride. We are here to help with the fitness needs.

Every 3 mins for 12 mins do:
- 3 Handstand Hold (Free Standing, Assisted)s
- 4 Negative Muscle Ups
Alternate after every 3 minutes. Start first 3 minutes with free handstand practice, then the next three minutes, practice controlled negative muscle ups. You may choose to do strict mu, kipping mu or muscle up progressions instead.View Gym Results
