For 5 cycles: AMRAP in 3 mins of:
- 8 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
- 7 Hang Squat Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs
Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
Rest a few minutes then bang out some heavy overhead squats...
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
