- 9 Deadlifts, 135 lbs
- 6 Hang Power Snatches, 135 lbs
- 3 Overhead Squats, 135 lbs
10 Minute time cap
3 rounds, 30 secs per station, of:
- Sit-up (butterfly)
- Air Squat
Perform this like "Fight Gone Bad," by rotating immediately to the next station every 30 secs, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
