It takes so much thought and courage to get a full back tattoo. I hope Neren would be open to telling us about the meaning of the art work. We know she has been through so much and is so strong physically and mentally. An inspiration as she is, we wonder what inspired her to get such an awesome tat.

Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Begin time for muscle-ups immediately after the last 10 second rest interval.
