Nice midline stabilization guys! From core to extremity you are retracting your shoulder blades then pulling the rings toward your chest while your shoulders are back. Remember, this movement is initiated from the core. Soon, your pull ups, cleans, snatches will improve dramatically. This core to extremity relationship is an important concept in lifting efficiently. Next- do ring rows using false grip to help you progress toward the muscle up.
Ian and Andrew- great midline stability- just be careful not to over arch! Jorge and Eric- good starting position, just make sure you retract your shoulder blades and do not leave your hips behind and end up piking!
