CrossFit Silicon Valley is a school, a place to learn and grow - to improve your body and prepare you mentally for great challenges. We want to improve technique and mechanics toward virtuosity. We challenge you to focus and be present and connect your mind with your physicality. We want you to be graceful and agile through constant practice and positive reinforcement before, during and after the WODs. The task of reaching our fitness goals will joyfully require the community support and love we have been thankfully experiencing. It means so much when we cheer each other on no matter where we finish. This is simply fantastic and is just one of the ways we are different from a normal gym. Cheers to a promising new year!
