After a successful three week pilot program, the Crossfit Silicon Valley Little Lions program will officially kick off Monday, October 1st. The program will Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:45-4:30 and will be structured as follows: Whiteboard explanation, Warm up, Skill Work, WOD, and Game. The program is deigned to be FUN in order to aid in the athletic development of our children. It combines gymnastics, body-weight movements, and certain weightlifting elements, depending on age, that encourage bone density and athletic development and we are excited to officially launch! - Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps),
- Box Jump, 20" box (Reps),
- Push-press 75 pounds (Reps),
- Row (Calories).
1 minute rest in between rounds.
