Strength: Week 1 Push Jerk 5-5-5+ @ 65,75,85% of .9 X 1 rep max.
WOD A: Death by Pull-up
One pull up first minute, two pullups second, etc... (kipping allowed)
Rest 3 Minutes then:
WOD B : Death by 10 meters
Every Minute on the minute complete the following:
- 10m Run - 10 Meter Line
- Increase one 10m run every minute.
