Jeff is programming your WODs this week. Over Philz coffee he and I have been writing CSV WODs to munch on.  He is an awesome athlete as well as an amazing trainer albeit at a globogym, he is still a great trainer. Possessing a powerful engine proven time and again in local competitions, he is a force to be reckoned with.
