Here are the movements for the CSV DRAGON WARRIOR THROWDOWN. We will have a registration link up tomorrow for all who dare to meet the challenge.
- Thrusters #45/33
- Burpees on to bumper plate
- Jumping pull ups
- Ground to overhead (weight is athletes choice)
- Horizontal bumper plate squats #45/25
- Plate run #45/25
The WODs will be announced FRIDAY NIGHT. CSV, you can do this!
Today's WOD menu: Please be sure you are signed-in before attending class:
Apéritif: Squat 3-3-3+(don't go to failure) @ 70,80,90% of your 0.9 X 1RM (90% 1RM).
- Example: if your 1RM is 315, you calculate all your percentages from 90% of that max, or 285 pounds.
Entrée: "Hope"- Get a feel for this WOD today then PR on June 9.
3 Rounds for total reps:
- 1 minute Burpees
- 1 minute 75# Power Snatch
- 1 minute 24" Box Jumps
- 1 minute 75# Thruster
- 1 minute Chest to Bar
- 1 minute Rest
