The back squat WOD yesterday produced personal records in droves! Here are some of the numbers Kristy #220, Nicole #215, Neren #210, Chai #195, Lance #260, Kevin A #315 and Annie #195 at 36 weeks pregnant !?!? Congratulations to all. I know I missed a few of you, so please post your loads in the comments section.
With regard to the next month's programming cycle, it would be in our best interest to find our max loads especially with the squat, deadlift bench press and overhead press. We will be strangth training based on max load percentage. If you were not able to find your max today, no problem, you may make it up anytime during the week. This is why we have the separate strength area in the corner with all the dumbbells. Also, do not neglect our BEYOND THE WHITEBOARD account. Make sure you are posting your numbers to guage your progress. Let me know if you do not have a CSV member BTW account so I may register you. All CSV members are privy to a free BTW account.
