Mobile? Cynthia is amazingly flexible!

Hey CrossFit SV, meet Cynthia Wehr. Did you know there is a Yoga Championship competition?  Well this CrossFitter is a 2007 ASANA Yoga Champion! She has been CrossFitting for a couple months now after hip surgery and is improving her strength, power, stamina and speed. Cynthia has exemplary positioning skills as she can hold the planche and has good squat form.  We will note that adding strength to the positions will greatly improve her overall athleticism.

Dessert: Tabata KB or DB Swings (1.5/1) or (55/35) with Tabata Toes to Bar

  • KB Swings, 20 seconds
  • Rest 10 seconds
  • Toes to Bar, 20 seconds
  • Rest 10 seconds
