Becky is BACK!

An uphill battle after an injury set her back a few months. Becky valiantly acsends to the top of her game as proven in last weekend's competition. We are so proud to have her in our community as she gets better with each passing minute. She is such a mentally strong CrossFitter and adds so much positive vibe especially during team events. Through barriers and hurdles, it is inspiring to watch Becky and Somsay succeed with their fine mettle.

Apéritif: 3 Person Team 100M Handstand Walk (Partners may spot working athlete)

Entrée: "Helen"

Three rounds for time: 

  • Run 400 meters
  • 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
  • 12 Pull-ups

Post total time.

Dessert: Max effort 2 Minute Airdyne Bike
