Jeff and Judd signed up for NorCal CrossFit Recovery Throwdown Individual Rx'd.  If anyone is interested to either participate or spectate, please check out their website @ www.cfnorcal.com. We also signed up 1 team. The team is not yet set up.  We are recommending the Open top 4 CSV placing men and women team up for the Rx'd team.
