Pull Up!

As a mainstay in our programming, we are committed to improving everyones bodyweight movement skill.  Pull ups are no exception! 

Today's schedule is the same with the added Wednesday 5PM BODYWEIGHT SKILLS CLASS.

There will be a seperate 4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM, 7:30PM AND 7:30PM NOVICE CLASS.

Apéritif: Heavy Squat Clean 1-1-1 @ 85-90%

 Entrée: "Le Temps Suspendu Cleans"

5 Rounds-

  • 3 Hang Power Cleans
  • Squat Hold 5 seconds
  • 3 Hang Squat Cleans
  •  Squat Hold 5 Seconds
  • 3 Squat Cleans

 ***Don't drop the weight, touch and go on the last set of squat cleans***

Post load used in each round.
