The call for separate beginner classes is heard! Tell a friend, neighbor or family member that we have classes to help them ramp up toward CrossFit levels of fitness.
These ongoing classes emphasize movement fundamentals and CrossFit elements. This is a foundations and elements class taylored to those wishing to get started with CrossFit without the pressure or intimidation of working out along side with more experienced athletes. Heavy emphasis is on technique and mechanics over intensity.
Classes start WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15.
