Apéritif: 10 Minute SV Ladder Rung 2 (Grasshoppers, Parallette pass throughs, Wall Climb)

As many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

  • 9 GrassHoppers
  • 6 Parallette Pass Throughs
  • 3 Wall Climbs

Post total rounds.

Entrée: "Oktopus"

8 rounds for loads and time of:

  • 3 Hang Power Snatches (stay with same load for 3 consecutive hang snatches)
  • 200 m Run 

Post load and total time.

Dessert: Reverse Hyper 15-15
