12.1... DONE!

Moving right along, stay flexible, hydrated and well rested.  We fought through the burpees and and now appreciate the single element programming.  One movement in 7 minutes.  Not unlike "7 minutes in heaven".  Anyways, we rocked it! We got up more than we fell down!... Bring on 12.2!
