Novice Class tonight... Friday, Friday, Friday!

Great attendance for the first week of novice classes.  The feedback we are getting regarding the new novice class is fantastic.  New CrossFitters are getting the much needed basic elements training.  We will continue the classes as an ongoing ramp up program for anyone who needs to work on fundamentals. A rock solid foundation is an essential platform for an athlete's progression toward a bright future in the sport of fitness.

Here's the schedule again:

Classes duration = 45 Minutes 

  • Tuesday 4:30PM
  • Wednesday 7:30PM
  • Thursday 7:30PM
  • Friday 5:30PM
  • Saturday 9AM

This class is open to anyone who would like to polish up their fundamental movement skills.  Your friendly community CrossFit SV coach will be waiting for you at the corner of the box. We will be sure to not interfere with the workout that is happening on the main floor.
