Thank you all who contributed to the acquisition of new weight. Your investment in dollars, blood, sweat and tears are counted and motivates us to be the best coaches. The new TONAGE of weight will be put to good use. Though it gets kinda wasteful as we go through weight like 1 ply toilet paper. Protecting yourself and others being the priority, when dropping weight make sure to adhere to a few guidelines.
- Please refrain from dropping empty barbells or naked 10lb plates.
- Placing smaller 5 or 10lb metal plate increments on 10 lbs or even 25lb plates cause wear when repeatedly dropped.
- When performing high volume barbell movements that frequently drop from overhead (Grace, Isabel), make sure the bar set up will not damage plates.
