The vibe at CSV from our diverse community is one of our strengths.
I come to the realization that we are one of the first CrossFit boxes in the South Bay under original ownership. We are just a normal group of Silicon Valley residents turned athletes who convene at a warehouse gym near Downtown San Jose. Together, we grow and do amazing things. I would like to thank everyone who has stuck with us over the years and helped grow CSV to what it is today. So, for this holiday season, along with the rest of the CSV staff, I want to do my best to continue building our box and improving upon it. Again, thank you all who are the glue that keeps this community together. You know who you are. Know that you help bear fruit on a tree with deep roots even after many storms. For your commitment and support, we are truly grateful.

- Wall-ball, 20 pound ball 10 ft target (Reps),
- Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps),
- Box Jump, 20" box (Reps),
- Push-press 75 pounds (Reps),
- Row (Calories).
1 minute rest in between rounds.
