We have seen vast improvement in our double unders since they were last week's movement focus. This week we focus on pistols. It is a matter of positioning, hamstring flexibility and balance as well as strength. Find the bottom position and rise from there, we can retrace our movement on the eccentric lowering phase and get there again quickly. We rise from the bottom easier if we are not too slow going down.
Already we see improvements and it is only Tuesday!
