-Cooking with one of the original WLC coaches, Sam, as he guides you through his simple, delicious, nutritious, eat-by-the-potful Beef and Cabbage Coconut Curry.
Caveat- The Coconut milk in his recipe has guar gum. There are other brands that do not contain the preservative/thickener- guar gum. Look for the simplest ingredients- coconut and water.
A little tweak I do for the recipe is I dry cook the cumin and curry to bring out the flavor. Then add the coconut oil, then saute onions. After all that, I add the ground beef. I just throw the cabbage right over the cooked ground beef and cover in medium heat.
