Entrée: 10 Minute SV Ladder Rung 6 (Kettlebell Swing, Pull Ups, Burpees) 

10 Min AMRAP-

  • 18 Kb Swing #1.5 pood
  • 12 Pull ups
  • 6 Burpees

 Dessert: 10 Minute SV Ladder Rung 4 (Squats, Push Ups, Pull Ups) 

10 Min AMRAP-

  • 12 Squats
  • 8 Push Ups
  • 4 Pull Ups
