I believe Michaela hit 50 seconds on this L-sit at the Games.

I'm bringing this elite L-sitting athlete to date night dinner this evening (found baby sitting for Avery).  5:30 is class/open gym with Chrispy and 6:30, 7:30 will be with Coach Larry.
