  • 30 Double Unders 
  • 20 Supine Ring Rows 
  • 10 Dumbell Hang Squat Cleans 45 lbs

When we activate our shoulders during snatch or overhead squat positions, it is important we emphasize external rotation (show your armpits) and trapezius retraction (imagine breaking the bar in half) when holding heavy objects overhead!
