Modified games schedule

CrossFit Silicon Valley Modified games schedule.  SUPER EXCITED FOR THIS WEEKEND!

Thursday classes will be normal schedule except there will be no 7:30 pm class. 6, 7, 9am and noon are with Michaela. The 630 pm class will be with Chrispy.

Friday classes at 6AM, 12PM and 5:30 ONLY. 7am, 9AM and 6:30PM is cancelled. Saturday and Sunday classes at the regular times, run by Sheena and Chrispy.

For time:

  • 10 Handstand push-ups
  • 20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball to 10' target
  • 30 Toes-to-bar
  • 40 Power cleans, 135 pounds
  • 50 Burpees
  • 60 Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds
