At CrossFit Silicon Valley, we adhere to a 5 on 2 off program.  We understand the busy lives of Silicon Valley engineers, programmers, teachers or whatever job that requires a Monday through Friday work week.  For the weekends, we encourage this triage priority.  #1 Family and Friends  #2 Rest and Relax  #3 Fun and Adventure (try new sports) #4 CrossFit (Make-up day, coaches choice WOD, weakness training).  Live a balanced quality CrossFit lifestyle!
