L-Sit AMRAP

Today's mainsite WOD looks pretty tough.  It is a nice test of core strength.  Accumulate L-sit time up to 30 seconds to finish the round.  You can use the parellel bars or parallettes to scale.

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold
