Only functional execises for CFSV. Is this functional? Shall we plug this in as a warm up or finisher? Please give examples on how "Booty Shaking" can be used in daily life. Thank you.

This is one rep:
1. Power Clean
2. Front Squat
4. Back Squat
Do that seven times for one round.
Do 5 rounds total working up to your max.
You can rest in between rounds.
Notes: The Power clean must be seperate from the front squat. No resting on the ground during rounds, not even to re-grip. You want to be at max load by round 4 or 5.
