GO TEAM!

A little over 3 weeks to Regionals!  Our team looks promising (especially after double/triple days) and our individuals- Ken, Lori and Michaela are training hard.  We hope to see huge support from CFSV come regionals.  See you at the BEER GARDEN!

135 pound Overhead squat, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
40 pound dumbbell Hang squat clean, 15 reps
20 Double-unders
