Open WOD 1 at Milpitas

At 2PM we (Those registered in the sectionals) will hit the first workout AGAIN.  This time we will be with our good buddies at CrossFit Milpitas.

WOD:

For time: 
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups 
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups
