After so many rounds of Pull Ups, stay alive! Eat right (with a few "slip ups" in between), sleep well (at least 8 hours), recover (mobilize www.mobilitywod.com) and be ready for the next WOD.
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
