Saturday's Event Descriptions:

EVENT 1:

12 Athletes (4 Athletes at a time)

AMRAP in 6 Minutes (3 Heats)

7 Burpees over 6 hurdles then 25ft bear crawl

 

EVENT 2:

8 Athletes per team

For time:

1600M (16 Rounds) Prowler relay.

100 Meter lightly loaded prowler push relay 2 athletes per 100 meters.

 

EVENT 3:

10 Athletes per team, 2 Female requirement

Find max rep deadlift in 20 Minutes

Score is cumulative load per team.

 

EVENT 4:

10 Athletes per team

200M Tire flip/dumbell overhead lunge

5 Athletes start the 1st 50M

1 walking with the group (rest station) while 2 on the tire 

2 athletes on the dumbell lunges.  Trailing leg kisses the ground while lunging with 1 #45/25 dumbell overhead. 

Switch stations as necessary.

Upon completion of 50 Meters the second group of 5 begins.  First group repeats upon completion.

 

EVENT 5:

4 athletes per team.

Max snatch and max toes through rings

Score is total snatch + max toes through rings

 

EVENT 6:

16-20 Athletes per team

AMRAP in 20 Minutes

9 Push ups 

12 Knees to elbows or sit ups

15 Box jumps

Score is total rounds per team.

 

Event 7:

2 Athletes per team

Best of 3 call outs
