Michaela and I got CrossFit Certified on January 20, 2008. We established CrossFit Silicon Valley on February 19, 2008. This picture was taken in San Diego after we got certified. We love to airsquat together!
Michaela will not teach class tomorrow evening as I have made plans to take her out on a date this Valentines day. The 5PM, 6PM and 7PM classes will be supervised by Crispy (AKA Facebook Paleo Nazi). Thank you for your understanding. Today's WOD looks challenging but don't worry, Crispy made absolute sure everyone's nutrition is on point and refined sugars will not weigh you down.
Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats
Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.
