Upside Dan

Watch out for Dan- he is definitely on the up in terms of overall improvement.  He has not missed many days of training.  If and when he misses, he makes up for it the next day.

pWOD:  Max effort squat clean against a 15 minute time limit

svWOD:  "Urwerk"

Max rounds in 3 minutes of: 

  • 185 pound squat cleans, 2 reps 
  • 185 pound Deadlifts, 5 reps 
  • 8 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

Post total round reps to BEYOND THE WHITEBOARD
