pWOD: Snatch Balance 5-5-5
4 rounds with max reps in 1 minute of each element:
- Kettlebell Swing #1.5/1 Pood
- Lateral Box Jump 24"
- Chest to Bar Pull Up
Against 12 Minute Clock move from each of three stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.
