Scott is taking over the Monday and Wednesday 6:30AM Classes while I am training offsite.  He is a another great coach/trainer that CrossFits hard and leads by example.

30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
12 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Power clean, 15 reps
