Reverse Ballerina

Just got back from K-star's mobility workshop in Milpitas.  Coach Austin from CF Unlimited kindly invited me to attend- THANKS Aus!  Learned so much and can't wait to apply the info during class.

Pictured is the 9AM performing the "Reverse Ballerina Stretch" from K-star's mobility website.

This is just one of the stretches that helps hip extension at the top of the squat.

WOD:

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps
