The Warrior WOD for Saturday will be:
3 rounds of: (men/women)
Wall Ball Shots (Rx’d = 20/14 all at 10 ft. target) (each rep is 1 point)
Deadlift (Rx’d = 205/145) (each rep is 1 point)
Shoulder to Overhead (Rx’d = 95/65#'s) (each rep is 1 point) (NO RACK)
Row: team must row a total of 900 meters by the end of the round.
CFSV Summer Challenge Benchmarks:
30 Clean and Jerks #135/95
rest as needed- then run max effort 400M for time
