Stay the course (steer clear from too much saturated fat, salt and sugar)

After watching the food network and learning words like "Unctious" (sp) to describe savory food flavor, I found it is so easy to overeat.  The high saturated fat and colorie content of deep fried hot oil drenched food can be an addiction and blow away our ability to control portions. The fatty, greasy, salty and sweetness of popular food joints can be our undoing during the summer sexiness challenge.  I find the need to turn off the tv and turn to the CrossFit Journal for some encouragement.
