Start this week strong!

We are all finished with the first phase of the SUMMER CHALLENGE! Now we need to use the momentum to break us through higher fitness levels.  This week I will be posting nutrition advice to help move you along with proper feuling.

Out of all of the Manila vacation FOOD photos Jojo sent, the sashimi looked the most healthy (As compared to the deep fried hamhocks!)

When on vacation, it is VERY easy to gain at least 10 lbs of fat.  Good to know some CFSV CrossFitters add 1-2 EXTRA workouts per cheat meal.

 

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
185 pound Back squat, 7 reps
45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (right hand)
7 Burpees
45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (left hand)
