Anyone game to step up for a quick trail run in September?
COURSE & CATEGORIES:
This is the 1st annual CrossFit Endurance Series! The CFE series offers a challenging 5k, 10K, 20k and Solo and Team race. This race is 100% on trails with hills and more hills. Along the course there will be ample aid stations.
Race individually within your age division or as a member of a 6 person team. If you are up to it, enter the Team Challenge as a "solo" and go it alone...as many 10k loops as possible. Please note: there is a time limit on the completion of the course for the team challenge.
Five rounds for time of:
115 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps
15 Toes to bar
20 GHD Sit-ups
