Nose to Floor!

Rog seems to know how to "bring it" when competition time rolls in.  He goes through this hulk-like metamorphasis and kicks ass most of the time- especially when his weakness are not targeted ;) LETS WORK OUR WEAKNESSES!  Rog has his mental game in check and is such a great team motivator and player.

I know it is impossible to kickass all the time, but it is always good to be well prepared.

Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor" and pull-ups are "strict" or non-kipping.
