Our Wednesday WOD buddy Lee P. and the Brethren crew will THROWDOWN at 1:30 today at the SV Box.  Come in if you are available to workout with us.  

During the Lifeworx throwdown last Saturday, we got to workout with an O.G. CrossFitter Pat "The Manimal" Barber.  He is off to New Zealand to crush kiwis. It was good to compete with him before he leaves and show rugby players how we do it Norcal.
