5 Workouts in 1 Day?

Why not? It happens at the Games.  Might as well be prepared.  Last week- incuding the Diablo Throwdown, Cindy worked out at least 10X. Wednesday, she did 6 workouts which incuded 2 of the British Columbia qualifier WODs. 

Power of will? CHECK!

Increased work capacity? CHECK!

Pain tolerance? CHECK!

A little crazy? CHECK+!

She is seriously on point with her PALEO style fuel. Diet plays a pivotal in keeping her from breaking down.

Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
50 pound dumbbell Push jerk, 5 reps
7 Box jumps, 30 inch box
