Helen on PEDs

We experienced CrossFit history over the weekend.  Amazing performances by all the athletes gives us inspiration to push the envelope.

One of the earlier WODs was named "Helen on Steroids".

Seriously consider pacing yourself on this WOD.  This contains high volume longer version of "Helen" requires digging deep! A sub 20 minute time is phenomenal.

63 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
36 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters
42 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
24 Pull-ups
Run 400 meters
21 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
12 Pull-ups
